ERES Automotive Inc., an authorized dealer of OMODA JAECOO Cebu, is seeking a Customer Relations Officer responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience before, during, and after the vehicle sales process. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns, and maintaining customer satisfaction in line with dealership standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain positive relationships with clients by providing timely follow-ups and after-sales support
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer transactions
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions
Ensure accurate documentation and proper recording of customer information
Qualifications:
Graduate of any four (4)-year course
With strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented, professional, and detail-oriented
With customer service, automotive, or relevant experience is an advantage
