Job Description
Responsible in conducting daily pro-active customer contact calls; ensures achievement of the daily target pro-active customer contact calls, appointment from pro-active and show up from appointment customers.
Responsible in conducting daily after-sales/after-service follow up calls; ensures achievement of daily target successful follow-up calls.
She must handle phone call inquiries efficiently for appointment scheduling; must be able to direct phone call inquiries to proper department concerned (sales, service, parts and other departments).
Responsible in receiving phone call or walk-in customer complaints and coordinates them to proper departments concerned or elevates it to next higher position level if necessary; document received concerns and updates the file on its resolution and closure.
Responsible for the daily updating of the CRD Mancom Metrics Report.
Responsible for the monthly submission of the summary report of sales/service concerns for the dealership Mancom Report.
Must be willing to provide assistance and promote good customer service relations to both external and internal customers at all times.
Must be able to exercise friendliness and cheerfulness in all customer relations activities; promotes in the building and establishing of a happy environment.
Database management (includes updating and submission of warranty registration cards).
