Job Description: As a Customer Relations Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, solving problems, and guiding them through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and order processing.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to achieve sales targets.
Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
