Job Summary
Handles customer queries and complaints through various channels (inbound calls and email) by rendering excellent customer service and providing reliable, accurate and timely information on products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Accepts requests for change in Loan Term.
Accepts and accommodates change of status requests.
Computes discounts and penalties and additional equity.
Prepares Daily Transaction, Daily Documents, Buyers Request and Daily reservation reports.
Evaluates the quality and completeness of Reservation Agreement & Buyers Information Sheet.
Transmits Transfer of Certificate Title
Prepares and transmits Bank Referral for client use.
Monitors inventory of loan documents, legal forms for all financing and other forms needed
Performs other tasks that may be required from time to time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experienced in Microsoft Excel.
Must be willing to work in PRO-FRIENDS Center Mandaluyong City and work on weekends.
Organized and with demontrated capacity to meet customer demands
Shows strong commitment to meet deadlines
