Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers with their inquiries and complaints received on Generika's communication channels (Facebook, email, etc.).
2. Coordinate inquiries and complaints to concerned department for their attention.
3. Work with the Brand & Communications Supervisor in updating Generika's website with recent news and events, product upload, and the like.
Job Requirement
1. Candidate must be organized and capable of managing multiple inquiries and complaints.
2. Must have basic communication and writing skills for crafting replies to customers.
3. Has the ability to coordinate well with other departments
4. Knowledgeable in usage of basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and social media
Educational Backrpund:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Business Management , any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
