About the role
The Customer Quality Engineer will handle customer complaint handling and manufacturing quality.
What you will do
Customer Complaint Handling: Facilitates Containment, Analysis, 8D Closure to Action Plan Proliferation
Facilitates effective lot scoping and product risk assessments
Ensure that all newly qualified processes, products and procedures will not result to any quality risk.
Ensure and sustain that quality systems applied to the entire external sub-process for Nexperia products are of equivalent or better than Nexperia's existing quality standards and controls.
Ensure & Assure that ALL lots shipped to customer have no quality risk. Please refer to Turtle Diagram attached.
Have knowledge on Project Management. Have audit certification. Have knowledge on Reliability Testing.
What you will need
Engineering Graduate
Minimum of cumulative 10 years experience from semiconductor fields of: Process, Quality, Project and/or Supplier Engineering
Experience in Failure and Reliability Testing
Customer Service
Must have certification or sufficient experience on FA & Reliability
Must have certification or sufficient experience on Root Cause Analysis
Must have certification or sufficient experience on Quality Audit
Must have certification or sufficient experience on Project Management
Must have sufficient experience on Manufacturing & Customer Quality Engineering
High leadership, Project Management, Communication and Presentation Skills
Confident, Decisive, Assertive, Detailed & Analytic
