Duties and responsibilities include:
Being the first contact for Compass Communication's customers and provide first class
support.
Answering all incoming customer queries including sales, retention, provisioning, and billing queries in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
Logging, processing, and tracking customer requests. Technical queries may relate to modem configurations, DNS admin, VOIP, password changes, email address amendments, and all other faults
Liaise between the customer, the networks team, and sales force to resolve queries
Possible outbound calling for connections, sales, and debt collection
Coordinating the provisioning of Residential and Business services ranging between phone lines, broadband, mobiles, and power
Configuring and sending routers/mobile SIM cards
Accurately updating systems to ensure the tracking and billing of customer's accounts
Dedicating time to provisioning services when necessary or on request
Maintaining and adhering to Company Policies, Processes, and Standards
Other duties as may be assigned by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
Experience working on telco accounts is preferred but not required.
Must have good oral and written communication skills - basic scripts will be provided, but should at least be able to initiate good conversation.
Customer-oriented, caring, and can be patient, but tough especially when handling challenging customers.
Team player and adaptable to change/fast paced environment.
Must be willing to work onsite
