As a Customer Onboarding Agent,
You will be engaging with and onboarding our client's future customers. You can expect to work within the Sales and Marketing team to support and attend to customers with their questions and concerns about our client's service.
Some of the things we'd expect you to do are to...
Demonstrate and promote our client's service and online tools over the phone and via the Intercom messaging platform.
Respond to future customer emails and live chat enquiries in a timely manner (via Intercom).
Provide superior customer communication through every interaction.
Work collaboratively with other teams in order to get the best results for our client's customers.
Provide regular updates and relevant reports to your Team Leader.
We would need you to be or have the following...
Have proven experience in customer service and/or sales roles for a corporate brand.
Be comfortable and authentic in engaging customers on the phone, with the ability to harness support comms such as email, SMS and live chat (experience with Intercom is a bonus, but not mandatory).
Know how to use data and insights to create meaningful experiences, tell customer stories and manage objections to maximise customer engagement.
Have a focus on performance, driving conversion and improving the acquisition of various customer persona types whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.
Be well-organised with attention to detail and be able to apply a methodical approach to customer communications.
Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have excellent internal communication and collaboration skills - we work together and succeed as a team.
Be willing to learn and grow your personal skills to advance your career in a high-growth business.
Note: This position calls for you to work from 04:00 AM - 01:00 PM.
