CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Promotes the service and parts offering of the dealership to the clients.
Follows up and reminds customer of their scheduled routine maintenance checks.
Organizes appointments and pre booking of customers.
Checks the performance of the vehicle and the feedback of the customer after release from service.
Assists in the preparation of scheduled reports.
Develops and maintains a filing system for all branch related documents.
Qualifications:
College graduate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate (PDF, Microsoft Word and Excel)
Experience in Automotive Industry is an advantage
Willing to be assigned in KIA Mandaue and Nissan Vrama
