Customer Experience & Relations Representatives (Metro Manila)
5 Positions Available - 1 x Mandarin; 1 x Japanese; x Korean + 2 others
Must have good English language and written skills
This is your chance to work with medical professionals from all over the world. Rods & Cones offers Smart Surgery Glasses that allow surgeons, medical device specialists, and other experts to work together remotely - before, during, and after surgical procedures.
In order to support clients during the process of using their Smart Glasses, Rods & Cones we're looking for five additional staff to our growing Customer Experience team. Staff will be self-employed Freelancers to start to allow us to evaluate performance over a period of time before switching to a full-time role in 2022.
As a Customer Experience & Relations Representative, your responsibilities include:
• Onboarding, following up and proactively guiding new users of the Smart Surgery glasses.
• Building a strong relationship with each user
• Giving demos to prospects
• Handling technical support for new and current users
• User & ticketing administration and prioritization
• Handling order management & Hospital Onboarding
• Obtaining and processing market and user feedback
What we are looking for:
People with an open and patient personality. A client-oriented approach is key, as well as being focused on structure and organization. Building a strong client relationship is always your priority and you will always work towards quality over quantity.
Experience with relationship or account management is a strong plus, also having a feel for data, information gathering and processing. Applicants will originate from medical, teaching, IT, languages experts etc.
What you need:
• Language skills (where applicable)
• Ability to work with various programs such as MS Office, Jira, Teams and Zoom??
• Ability work with customers
• Training/Coaching skills
• A good dose of persistence together with a people-oriented approach
What's on offer:?
• Full Training & Support
• Above average salary (based on experience), typically between 50-100kPHP to start
• After 6-Month Qualifier salary increase
• After 12-month good performance, convert to Full-time Employee with full benefits and increase in package
• Be part of an exciting, energetic international team

* Due to COVID and lockdowns, all candidates should have their own computer and connection to the Internet from home to take calls. Outside of Covid we operate from an office with computers provided.
