Job Description
The Customer Development Executive - Major Local Retailers/Customers is responsible for growing FGI's business in the assigned account by developing, implementing and evaluating customer plans and marketing activities of the company.
Main Key Performance Indicators:
Sales
Account Management
Product Assortment
Cost to Sales Investment
Key Responsibilities:
Coverage:Consults with owners and decision makers on a regular basis.
Negotiation: Sell In programs that will be mutually beneficial to FGI and the customer
Promotions:Discusses programs to buyers and merchandisers to ensure implementation on a timely basis.
Trade Visits: Conducts store checks to look for opportunities for availability and visibility.
Introduces new products. Analyzes product assortment and SKU selection to maximize coverage across all branches of their accounts.
Evaluation:Reviews performance of accounts on a regular basis and recommends proposals to address concerns.
Collaboration:Engagement with team members and internal stakeholders in sharing best proven practices that can contribute to the team's growth
What We're Looking For:
College graduate (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
With at least 1 year work experience in sales or account management
Amenable to do fieldwork nationwide (by schedule)
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Can speak in Cebuano fluently
Nice to have: Experience in the appliance industry or FMCG account management.
Preferably knows how to drive, but not required
