• Provide exceptional service to assist the needs of the customer.
• Ensures good feedback from the customer.
• Ensures that all concerns are dealt with promptly.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls
REQUIREMENTS:
• Completed at least 2 Years in College
• Must have at least 1 Year BPO International Account Experience (Strictly)
• Good English command
• Strong logic and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to handle pressure
• Must be willing to work in Alabang
• Willing to start ASAP
