RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answers comments in Google Play, Apple Store, Facebook, Instagram and other social media
Receives inbound calls / messages (via live chat, FB Messenger, Viber, and other media) from the company's customers and respond to the customers' inquiries, concerns, and requests about the company's products and services
Redirects concerns to and coordinates with the appropriate departments to ensure proper escalation and resolution of the customers' concerns
Ensures proper documentation and tracking of customers' concerns through the use of the company's CRM system
Proactively identifies and escalates areas for process / policy improvements to management and other appropriate departments
From time to time, conducts outbound follow-up calls for customer service concern resolution
Engage in other opportunities and activities, as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Required languages: English, Filipino
Must have excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and comprehension
With at least one (1) year experience in a social media marketing
With sense of humor and willingness to improve Philippines financial services
Preferably with experience in a financial services industry
