Job Description:
Answer tickets sent to Zendesk.
Tagging the concern (e.g., messaging, templates, etc) sent to Zendesk
Coordinate with the supervisor for unfamiliar concerns.
Sending reports by the end of the day on how many tickets were solved and what needs to be followed up.
Call the client if necessary.
Qualifications:
Computer Literate
Excellent verbal and written English
With at least 3 years of Technical Support experience
Organized and disciplined - consistency in attendance
Equipment Requirements:
Internet connection should be at least 15MBPS for non-fiber internet connection
For fiber internet connection, at least 5mbps
No audible background noise
