Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain the good relations of the company with its buyers, home owners and other customers.
2. Receive any concern from the customer, relay the same to the assigned unit and monitor its status until it is fully addressed.
3. Prepare the monitoring report on customer tickets and submit regular status update to management.
4. Assist the customer on their purchased property from the company.
5. May call the attention of concerned unit from time to time to ensure that customer concerns are addressed on time.
6. Shall be responsible for concerns under the customer ticketing system that are not relayed to the concerned unit.
7. Assist in the worry-free turnover of completed residential units to its buyers.
8. Assist the customer in addressing any issue that they encounter even after turnover and until before the warranty on the unit lapses.
Qualifications:
1. Collgege graduate of at least a four-year bachelor's degree
2. At least three year work experience in the related is required for this position. Applicant with exeprience from other real estate developer shall be prioritized.
3. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Must be willing to work in Makati head office and willing to travel to the project site whenever necessary.
