As a Customer Care Officer you will conduct issue identification and problem solving to meet the customer needs. You are also expected to:
Identify and relate to various customer needs and scenarios
Conduct data entry for documentation and call disposition
Work and partner with others within a team-based environment

The minimum qualifications are:
Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge on computers
Good customer service and problem-solving skills
