Responsibilities:
Supports the company's customer service activities by directing and overseeing team members, resolving customer questions or complaints, and developing programs and procedures to enhance productivity and performance.
Manages and leads a team of employees. Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team.
Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance
Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
Maintain and cultivate an effective working relationship with internal and external customers (Excellent Client Management skills).
Requirements:
Strong experience as a B2B Account Operations Manager is a must
Hands on experience in managing a team Team Leaders, QA's, and SME's.
At least 5 years experience in Technical Support
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient English Communications Skills
Organizational skills and meticulous to detail
