Kraver`s Canteen, a cloud kitchen, is urgently looking for an experienced Customer Care Associate.
Responsibilities:
Assists Customers by answering queries, concerns and handling complaints and returns, via phone, email or chat
Work with Marketing team to create better methods to address customer complaints
Monitor customer satisfaction levels
Forward and escalate inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
Optimize opportunities for sales and upselling.
Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
Receiving orders, calculating charges and processing payments
Update customer information as required.
Maintain confidentiality of information.
We want someone who has:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good selling and presentation skills
Capacity to work under time pressure
Deliver high-quality work given deadlines
Sense of responsibility and reliability in delivering tasks
