Responsible for the day to day affairs of the customer care section, including but not limited to order taking and order fulfillment, client complaints, as well as developing actions that will ensure that customers are provided the highest degree of quality service.
· Responsible in coordinating with Operations team in cases of change in
standard ordering procedures such as long holidays.
· Receives, verifies and encodes clients orders in accordance to
company's policy (lead time and minimum order) using SAP system
· Updates client order status (delays in delivery, order shortage, or any
problem that may affect client sales)
· Up-to-date with all company's latest products or services, on-going
promotions, and be able to give clients the right information concerning
what they are inquiring about.
· Prepares and submit clients order reports.
· Ensures that client's concern regarding products and / or services are
being attended to.
· Responsible for consolidating, filing and monitoring of all client complaints
per week
