Job Description:
Act as the first level of escalations and resolve all customer issues within clients expectations and the team through regular feedback
Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly reporting of individual performances.
Communicates with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.
Interprets and communicates work procedures and company policies to staff/technicians.
Makes recommendations to team lead concerning individual staff and improvement of procedures.
Reports directly to the Communications Care Team Lead
Qualifications:
College graduate with a degree from any background
Fluent in speaking/writing English and Tagalog
Accurate keyboard typing skills and combined with existing IT knowledge on MS Office, particularly Word & Excel
With customer service support experience is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
