Customer business solution:
Design and implement local and network customer requirements in term of data, traceability and reporting using Link and cognos
Set up pegasus with requirements (events, references, documents, 3rd party roles, ...)
Writte down operational SOP per customer describing this requirements and cascade it to operation
Provide customer with innovative solution
Customer Data Control:
Design reports for Data quality monitoring
Liaise with operation to ensure that necessary inut ( events, references, documents,...) are updated on a timely manner
Requirements
Engineering bachelor's degree
Logistic course
1 or 2 years in Process analysis field / supply chain related fields

Ability to translate operation problems into user needs, system request and describe them in functional specification.
