THE ROLE
We are looking for someone who is excited at the prospect of joining the Customer Advocacy Team and is passionate about customers. You will support our customer reference and ambassador programs across the globe. This role has a specific focus on customer References.
You will be involved with the reference database, which is key to help sales people find references for their RFIs/RFPs and to close deals. You will be working closely with the Customer Advocacy Team as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders, including the global sales force.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will Manage the reference database, update status and customer info
You will be Working with sales and services teams, compile relevant info regarding the customers (account, products, implementation and referenceability) in Salesforce.com
You will Ensure processes for reference call are followed (feedback form and call recorded in salesforce.com)
You will Maintain customer logos decks on Seismic
You will Maintain different customer lists broken down by product or region
You will Manage reference requests for RFI and RFP
You will Manage ambassador points for TCF entry pass (annual flagship event)
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You should have Detailed oriented and collaborative
You should have Excellent written English, and verbal communication skills
You should have Highly motivated and results oriented with a can-do proactive attitude
You should have High energy and passion
You should have Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
You should have High level of personal and professional integrity
You should have Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
You should have Diplomacy, tact and multi-cultural awareness
You should have Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
You should have Salesforce.com experience preferred
