The Role
As a CSU Officer, you will handle releasing of collaterals for fully paid accounts of Auto/Home/BML/Personal, Corporate Salary, CTS and Doctor's Loan. You will be responsible in attending to customer's complaint, inquiries and requests.
How you'll contribute
Prepares the following documents needed in releasing of collateral:
Request of Release of Collateral
Release of Mortgage
Processes clearance of fully paid account Auto/Home/BML/Personal/Corporate Salary/CTS and Doctor's Loans.
Forwards signed Release of Cancellation of Mortgage to Notary Public for notarial.
Creates router and handles endorsed router via Customer Contact Manager (CCM) System.
Prepares the following report, among others:
Aging of Router
Report on caused of delay on collateral Release Requests
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledgeable on loan documents & requirements
Knowledgeable in handling customer's complaints and inquiries.
Should have effective interpersonal and communication skills
Must have excellent organization and time management skills
