Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues in an efficient and effective manner
Process orders and handle returns and exchanges
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide feedback to management on areas for improvement in customer service
Continuously strive to improve the customer service experience
Job requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Freshers or candidates with Zero experience are welcome to apply
0 to 6 months of experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Excellent listening and empathy skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
Prior experience in customer service is a plus
