Job Summary: Onboarding associates receive/make in and outbound calls from/to patients and care representatives with the goal of scheduling patients for physical therapy.
 
Detailed Functions/Key Differentiators:
Manage the registering, scheduling, and rescheduling for all new and existing patients.
Record Management - Ensure the proper information is obtained and communicated with the patient (i.e., identification, patient history, insurance information, missed appointment policy, therapist arrival instructions, intake form, etc.).
Receive, screen, and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers.
Place outbound calls and emails to patient leads.
Job Qualifications:
Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience.
Education:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
