The strength of our company lives at the intersection of our people, our customers, and our brands.What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.Functions as the Point of Contact (POC) for customers and project team membersConducts a project walkthrough with the Web Designer and Web Developer to discuss the scope and project timelinesProvides timely and accurate updates on project statuses, milestones and
deliverables to the customer and the team handling the projectCoordinates with customers with new orders and needing post-project
assistanceProvides website quotations and/or assist customers in purchasing the
recommended product or service that they needWorks with the Business Development Specialists (BDS) to on-board new clients and develops existing client relationshipsEstablishes rapport with clients by ensuring projects are developed within the scope, based on their requirements and delivered within scheduleEnsures all information and statuses are updated across our system toolsCommunicates with the customers in the most understandable and composed manner, and resolves promptly issues raised by themDevelops a trusted advisor relationship with the key accounts, customer
stakeholders, and executive sponsorsProvides customer support on bookings for graphics and website projects
through email and phoneDeliver excellent customer service on a day-to-day basisEnsures to take responsibility and ownership of the projects handledEnsures that projects are delivered on a timely mannerIdentifies issues with the current processes and provides alternatives and/or solutions to the Team LeaderDeals promptly and swiftly on escalated cases due to bad customer service and/or web design/development qualityAccommodates any ad hoc requests from clients and provides consultations, if necessaryAbides all processes and guidelines directed by the department head and other departmentsWho you are & what you'll need to succeed.Must have at least 3 years of experience working for a BPO setupMust have at least 1 year of experience in project coordination is a bonuMust have a good understanding of project management, website development, web design and internet technologyMust be knowledgeable in using a CRM, and MS Office ToolsWhy you'll love us.Work-life balance.
