What is your mission?
 
As a Customer Support Representative,  you will be working with our Largest Online Booking Account to deliver  outstanding customer experience through phone and email. You will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.
 
Who are we looking for?
College graduates with or without any work experience
Senior high school graduates with 1 year of non-BPO work experience
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Positive, self-motivated and energetic
Amenable to work rotating shifts
Can work in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
