Description
General duties
• Receive inbound work by various methods (phone, email, electronic) and process to ensure jobs are accurately and efficiently booked
• Receive inbound questions about products and provide accurate information and where possible convert to a booking
• Place outbound follow-up calls to customers to confirm booking details
• Complete administration (such as "Posting Invoices") as per relevant policy/procedure
• Complete other duties as directed by the Call Center Manager
Sales
• Place outbound calls to previous customers to speak about product/sales options
• Identify up-sell opportunities and close sales whilst speaking with customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
• With at least 1-2 years in a customer service experience
• Previous experience in automotive windscreen/tinting industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and experience delivering strong customer service via e-mail and phone
• Demonstrated experience handling a variety of customer service issues
• Ability to meet targets
• With Basic Microsoft Excel experience
• Fast typing speed
• Computer Savvy
• Team player who can work with a variety of people throughout the company
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to take initiative
• Willing to work on flexible schedule
