1 year of experience in Direct Patient Care,such as in Long-Term Care, Home and Community-Based Services, Hospital/Facility Settings, or Case Management.
Experience working with managed care organizations, including Medicare and/or Medicaid recipients, preferred.

1-year BPO member healthcare ( Eligibility, Benefits, Prior Auth ) experience.Profile 2 - Associate Graduate/College Graduate (Any courses)Experience Required:2 years' experience in Direct Patient Care, such as in Long-Term Care, Home and Community-Based Services, Hospital/Facility Settings, or Case Management.
