SMB Customer Service Specialists will be required to think on theirfeet and multi-task while adapting to change quickly. The SMB Customer Service Specialist willpartner with business customers, channel partner office owners, local sales agents, and ourexternal customer's local market garages to facilitate the sale and installation of Broadband,Internet, Video, and Voice services.
