CRM OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE:
Our CRM Operations Executive:
· Supports the product and planning in design, build, QA, and deployment of emails and other CRM commUnications
· Updates email templates and support the business with new features requirements
· Develops and Update landing pages with a new content, Using a CMS tool
· Updates push and rich inbox messages
· Creates HTML pages for Inbox messages and load recipients lists
· Daily work inclUdes: operating an admin system, analysing & reporting, A/B testing & optimization
· Meets daily deadlines and objectives in a fast pace environment
· Works in collaboration with various other departments to gather necessary assets for campaign content bUIIding
What we'd like to see from you:
· Proficient in HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript
· Experience in CMS and email marketing tools - 1-2 years
· Hands on capabilities
· Pro-active, inquisitive and flexible
· Excellent attention to details and ability to work in tight deadlines
· Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Highly organized and process driven
· Excellent command of MS Office-package
· Great attention to details and tone of voice
· Amenable to shifting schedUle/holiday; willing to work onsite
