CRM MARKETING SPECIALIST:
What you'll do:
· Execution of customer engagement plans which are expected to deliver increased lifetime value of CUStomers based on identified KPIs.
· Deliver customer communications accross a variety of channels that inclUde email, SMS and onsite messaging.
· Organise workflows between multiple teams accross a number of different location.
· Meets quality level and ensure each campaign is executed on time with accuracy
What you'll need:
· At least 2 years experience in CRM (i.e. one to one marketing -a must) with emphasis on experience from a B2C service company (preferable from online companies)
· Experience in email marketing tools, campaign management tools and promotions planning (Adobe Campaign, Bitly, SqUiz, Bannerflow, Openbet, Confluence and LIRA)
· Amenability to work on shifting schedules and holidays
