Job Requirements:
• At least 5 years' experience in gaming/sportsbook CRM delivery
• At least 5 years' leadership experience/
• Laser sharp focus on what is important to customers and aligning activities to deliver on this focus
• Very focused and assertive -- knows how to distinguish and priorities between important and less important tasks.
• Can make things happen - takes responsibility and accountability
• Experience, interest and aptitude in technology, gaming and sports betting
• Excellent communication, managerial and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and process driven
• Excellent command of MS Office-package
• Excellent command of the English language, writing and speaking.
• Great attention to detail and tone of voice.
• Amenable to work on shifting, holidays and on-site.
