QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years experience in gaming/sportsbook CRM delivery
- At least 5 years' leadership experience
- Laser sharp focus on what is important to customers and aligning activities to deliver on this focus
- Very focused and assertive - knows how distinguish and priorities between important and less important tasks
- Can make things happen - takes responsibility and accountability
- Experience, interest and aptitude in technology, gaming, and sports betting
- Excellent communication, managerial and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and process driven
- Excellent command of MS Office-package
- Excellent command of the English language, writing, and speaking
- Great attention to detail and tone of voice
- Amenable to work on shifting, holidays, and on-site
