Welink MCS is hiring for a CRM Delivery Lead: (Assistant Manager Level) on behalf of a client partner in the Online Gaming Industry

Duties and Responsibilities
•Lead the CRM Centre of Excellence to ensure successful execution of company's CRM strategy
•Responsible for meeting the needs of at least 10 professionals that have responsibility for CRM executions, operations, training QA and compliance
•Take responsibility for and own the outputs that came from the wider team
•Work with senior managements to optimize and improve the way that the Centre of Excellence functions
•Ensure the processes and procedures are strictly adhered to and trouble shoot issues if and when they arise
•Align with the Marketing and Commercial teams to help them achieve their KPIs.
•Build and enable an optimization culture to ensure that there is a continuous improvement in all CRM activities
•Contribute to the budgetary and planning session to ensure the resources are available to delivery on stated goals.
Qualifications
•At least 5 years' experience and gaming/sportsbook CRM delivery
•At least 5 years' leadership experience
•Laser sharp focus what is important to customers and aligning activities to deliver on this focus
•Very focused and assertive - knows how distinguish and priorities between important and less important tasks
•Can make things happen- takes responsibility and accountability
•Experience, interest and aptitude in technology, gaming and sports betting
•Excellent communication, managerial and interpersonal skills
•Highly organized and process driven
•Excellent command of the English language, writing and speaking
•Great attention to detail and tone of voice
•Amenable to work on shifting, holidays and on-site
