CRM and Systems Administrator
What are we looking for:
Multiplymii is in search of a CRM and Systems Administrator who will be working with our client based in the US. Our client empowers Product Professionals with the tools and knowledge to create products that matter. Our Client has been in business for 20 years and serve clients around the world.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Maintain and update data in the CRM system to ensure accurate records of customer information.
Create and maintain accurate reports and dashboards for sales and marketing teams
Partner with the product team to help manage customer facing technology and platforms including the learning management system and assessments program. Help the team implement new products.
Suggest and implement automations across systems to increase efficiency. Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms.
Lead all platform or technology migrations and implementations.
Complete system and software audits, with cost and negotiations.
Work with our IT vendor to implement new security features as required. Identify areas where the company can save money.
Assist sales and operations team with answering Data Information requests from customers.
About You:
Core qualifications:
5+ years of Information Technology experience
Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and automation tools such as Zapier required.
Experience WordPress, Thought Industries (or similar LMS), Quickbooks or other ERP systems Preferred
Experience in leading the set up of an offshore IT team, a plus
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a distributed company with U.S. Operations
Shift and Schedule: Follows US EST Business Hours
