CRM & Administrative Support SpecialistAbout the RoleWere looking for a detail-driven, tech-curious professional to help maintain and improve our client systems across CRM implementations and ongoing administrative operations. Youll work closely with the Project Manager to execute tasks within Zoho CRM and related platforms, ensuring data integrity, process accuracy, and operational efficiency.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys optimizing systems, solving configuration challenges, and keeping everything clean, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Administration & Implementation
Execute documented CRM requirements directly in Zoho CRM, Zoho Bigin, and related apps.
Update fields, picklists, automations, and system settings as directed.
Identify and flag configuration inconsistencies or process gaps for review.
Support CRM testing, QA, and ongoing maintenance.
Participate in client or internal meetings to update deal stages, notes, and tasks in real time.
General Administrative Support
Maintain well-organized project files in Google Drive and Zoho WorkDrive.
Assist with scheduling meetings, managing invites, and preparing materials.
Update and maintain shared project documentation as requirements evolve.
Support communication and task tracking in project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Zoho Projects.
Documentation & Collaboration
Maintain detailed notes on updates, changes, and identified issues.
Work collaboratively with the Project Manager to verify priorities and confirm next steps.
Capture process steps through documentation, screenshots, or short Loom walkthroughs as needed.
Who You Are
Experienced in navigating multiple CRMs, especially Zoho, and curious about systems integration.
Highly detail-oriented and able to balance speed with accuracy.
Proactive communicator who seeks clarification when needed.
Exceptionally organized with strong follow-through and task management skills.
Comfortable thriving in a flexible, remote, and fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2+ years of CRM administration or technical support experience (Zoho strongly preferred).
Proficiency in Google Workspace and cloud-based collaboration tools.
Strong written communication and documentation abilities.
Experience using Zoom, Loom, and other virtual collaboration platforms.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Deluge scripting, Zoho automation, or API integrations.
Experience with other CRMs such as HubSpot, Insightly, or Salesforce.
Basic video editing or visual documentation creation skills.
