Description
Responsible in the management of the operations department's activities i.e. documentation/processing and deployment, to include but is not limited to :
1. Monitoring principals' requirements and ensures that all communications relative to the operations department are properly replied.
2. Administering in monitoring timely renewal of accreditation.
3. Ensures timely advice on crew dispatch to agent and principals.
4. Participates in pre-departure In-House Briefing and Orientation
5. Ensures timely attendance to expiring documents of crew on-board.
6. Recommends training needs of crew
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
Knowledge: Decision making, Strategic planning, Recruiting, Conflict Resolution
Availability for travel: No
Availability for change of residence: No
