Position Overview
Individual is responsible for analyzing D&B, banking, financial and miscellaneous information in a timely manner to grant Net terms to credit worthy businesses.
What you'll do at Insight
Approval of credit applications.
Approval of credit limit increases.
Decisions related to approving orders on past due accounts.
Reviewing D&B and banking information.
Financial statement analysis.
Perform fraud review/checks on orders/accounts.
Interacting with sales management and external customers.
Releasing orders and reviewing PO's for accuracy.
Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and fellow Insight teammates. Must meet SLA's (Service Level Agreements) with sales and clients.
Must maintain their workload goals aligned to departmental standards.
Other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to join Insight
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least two years previous experience in a Credit dept or customer service environment.
Prefer financial statement analysis experience.
Prefer SAP system experience
