1. Full knowledge and understanding of the Bank' Credit Manual, Policies and Guidelines.
2. Help in the regular data entry and proper maintenance of Account Officers' Reports and by regularly converting them into management reports.
3. Performs coordination and regular communications with the Bank' credit partners and other third parties to ensure that updates on procedures and guidelines about credit-related products are duly communicated to the Credit Head.
4.Ensures coordination with the Branch personnel in monitoring and putting in place mechanisms on early warning signals of credit accounts, including prompt coordination with the RO/RA on accounts with missed payments, technical past dues and matured past due accounts still being handled by the branch.
5.Help in the monitoring of proper observance and checking of any violations of the terms and conditions of Credit Approval Memos as approved by the Credit Committees, quarterly checking of loan documentation of REM accounts (January, April, July, October)
6.Perform other functions that may be assigned or required by the job
