RESPONSIBILITIES: ?
? * Checking necessary documents to be issued to the creditors.
? * Prepare and issue a Letter of Authority to financial institutions
? * Outbound communication via email and phone calls to financial institutions collecting information on clients' debts.
? * Retrieve and review the client's credit file for client's debts, repayment history and insolvency-related information
? * Review client's bank statement for client's debts, repayment history and insolvency-related information.
? * Input client's data entry
? * Checking other team member's data entry
? * Negotiate payment arrangements/hardship assistance with financial institutions.
? * Assisting insolvency manager with pre-lobby and information gathering from creditors.
? * Answering creditor inquiries via email and phone calls in relation to file updates, dividend payments and bank account details updates etc.

REQUIREMENTS: ?
? * Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
? * At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
? * Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? * Has experience in B2B transaction or coordination
? * Attention to detail for Data Entry
? * Has basic analytical skills
? * Knowledge of Credits and Financial
? * Strong inter-personal skills including the ability to handle conflict and a solid positive attitude
? * Willing to work in a team environment.
? * Can start ASAP
? * Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
? * Willing to work onsite
? * You may require work during the Philippines Public Holidays.
? * Willing to work from 07.00 to 4.00 PM Manila Time - and it will be adjusted to 06.00 - 15.00 during the Day Light Saving Time.
