As a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide organisations through complex digital decisions.About the roleAs a Credit Controller - Fixed Term, you will contribute in a positive manner to APAC Cash flow, by performing end to end Accounts Receivables activities (in various sub-processes such as Credit risk analysis/assessment, Collections (including pre-legal activities), Dispute Management (Identification and Resolution), Cash applications (as needed), Customer on-boarding, Invoice Distribution, Customer portfolio reconciliations) in APAC Region is responsible for reconciling client renewal contract data and preparing proactive renewal quotes. Along the way, you will get to:
Actively support Team Leader with payment behaviour analysis and AR reporting for Sales/Business calls
Act as back up for AR Team Leader as escalation point, and decide the best course of actions for resolving the escalated cases;
Be accountable for managing a more complex customer portfolio (this means variety of structures, requirements, payment methods, volume)
While interacting with customers, determine the root cause of late payments, and connect with colleagues from upstream processes (such as procurement, client services) to advice the best corrective actions to resolve the issue;
Interpret data from system, to identify payment patterns/behaviour for customers, and then apply the findings to influence customers to pay in line with key/critical timelines and business goals (i.e. influence customers to pay before due date, when cash flow is low)

What we're looking for
Good to have SAP experience, especially in Accounts Receivable modules
Minimum 3 years' experience in similar roles in Accounts Receivable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing clarity to customers about the Debt situation and ability to influence customers to pay in line with agreed payment terms
Tact, diplomacy, and assertiveness in applying policy.
Command of the English language
Build positive and progressive relationships with other functional units within the company and build appropriate relationships across internal departments.
Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers essential.
Managing Complexity and multitasking
Excellent analytical, problem solving and prioritisation skills.
Excellent time management and strong organisational skills
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
