Job Qualifications:
Single/Married
Graduate of any 4-year business course
At least 1 year of working experience in the related position
Knowledgeable in accounting process flow
Must be flexible and trustworthy
Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Computer literate is a must (Word, Excel, and PPT)
Good organizational skills and keen to details
Honest and possess sense of responsibility
Goal-oriented and knows how to multi-task effectively
Have a high sense of responsibility
Resilient to pressure, can work with minimal supervision
Can start immediately
Responsibilities:
Keep records of all checks from deliveries
Keys address, charge, or payment data and check accuracy of related input
Perform various clerical tasks as required, including Logging and routing incoming mail, typing, reception duties, and preparation of outgoing mail
Ensures strict confidentiality of financial records
Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
