The Credit & Collection Officer is responsible for the following:
Performs analysis of tenants' accounts
Assists in resolving billing and collection related concerns
Ensures accuracy & completeness of monthly billing statements
Collection of monthly rent of mall tenants
Preparation of monthly reports
Performs functions related to Revolving Fund
Qualifications
Candidate must be a Bachelor's/College Graduate of Accounting/Financial Management or of any equivalent course.
At least 2 years of experience in credit and collection is preferred.
Candidate must be willing to be assigned at Robinsons Place Butuan located in Butuan City.
