Our brand, , a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a reputable packaging manufacturing company in their search for a Credit and Collections Supervisor based in Quezon City.Salary Range: Up to ₱70,000Work Setup: OnsiteShift Schedule: Day ShiftLocation: Quezon CityThe roleThe Credit and Collections Supervisor is responsible for managing the company's credit and collection operations, ensuring efficient monitoring of account statuses and timely payment collection. This role provides leadership and guidance to the credit and collections team across different locations, works closely with the sales and management teams on account approvals, and evaluates client credit limits and terms. The position demands strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to maintain effective credit management processes and uphold the company's financial health and stability.Your Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit weekly collection forecasts.
Supervise and support provincial and Manila-based section heads and staff in monitoring account statuses.
Review and approve sales orders in line with company credit policies.
Coordinate with Account Managers and Sales Coordinators on on-hold sales orders, securing management approval for exceptions.
Evaluate customer accounts and recommend adjustments to credit limits and payment terms based on performance and risk assessment.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 to 6 years of experience in supervising credit and collections operations.
Strong background in managing Accounts Receivable and credit evaluation processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of making sound credit decisions.
