CREDIT AND COLLECTION SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
Monitor the company accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts;
Ensure collection of overdue accounts and keyed in the system in a timely manner;
Negotiate payments and maintain accurate records;
Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing;
Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.
Perform other tasks as assigned by his/her manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field;
Experienced in credit and collection;
Strong communication and analytical skills;
Computer literate and knowledgeable in accounting system;
Can work with less supervision;
Can drive motorcycle or 4-Wheel Vehicle:
