Carry out assigned department procedures according to company standards
Explain necessary transaction procedures and outcome to buyers
Answer inquiries from buyers and from inter departments
Manually retrieve transactional requirements from archived file documents
Create, arrange and maintain record files accordingly
Perform other general clerical tasks
QULAIFICATIONS
