Job Qualifications:
 Holder of a Bachelor's degree or certificate in any accounting course, or similar
 Must be computer literate- SAP Business One, MS Office Applications (Word, Excel), and email application
 Very good people skills, skilled in negotiation and problem solving
You will handle the following:
 Follow up Problematic accounts
 Weekly and Monthly Projection target
 Strictly monitoring of AR Aging
 Preparation of Sales Invoices
 Coordination with Sales team for the invoicing and collection concerns
 Checking of monthly encoding of collection and month end AR Aging in QB
 Assist Accounting/Finance Head for the Budget purposes for inflows
 Assist in processing for customer accreditation, and facilitate background check for new customer and terms request
Salary range: 16,000-20,000
Work Locations: Quezon/Cebu City
