CREDIT AND COLLECTION ASSISTANT
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Receives and checks delivery receipts from warehouses.
Receives debit memo, bill of lading and pick list from shipping-in-charge.
Responsibie for the pairing of charge invoice printed, delivery receipt, bill of lading, pick list and purchase order.
Forwards invoices, delivery receipt, bill of lading, pick list of Team Leader for checking and attachment of purchase order/
Submit complete counter receipts to the immediate head for checking before mailing or giving to the Salesman who is schedule for a trip.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
Male or Female
A graduate of BS Accountancy or any other business related course
At least 1 year of work experience
Keen with details and highly organized
Adept to problem-solving and decision-making
Proficient in MS Office applications
