Assist in keeping track of all advertising campaigns and management of the advertising inventory
Assist in invoicing of advertising clients
Produce campaign reports and assist in after-sales activities
Conduct air checks for both audio, video, and written ad placements
Assist in developing sales and media kits
Assist in newsletter send-outs
Assist in basic website updates
Assist in other administrative tasks not specifically related to advertising
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Knowledge in Basic Accounting
Knowledge in Basic Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop)
Knowledge in Email Marketing (preferably AWeber)
Knowledge in WordPress
Experience with Monday.com, Quickbooks, and Docusign is a plus
Applicant should be highly organized and strict with time
Strong mathematical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Can learn and follow standard guidelines and provide ideas to improve existing processes
Driven, passionate, and can work with minimum supervision
